We recognize that this pandemic has created a lot of uncertainty and stress for us all. Our commitment to providing your pet with the best care has not changed. Everything we are doing is to keep both you and your pet safe and healthy.

We’d like to share the safety protocols we’ve enacted during the pandemic to ensure the safety of our patients, clients, and team members.

Curbside Service

Due to the uptick in local COVID-19 cases, we have made the decision to only offer curbside appointments for the foreseeable future. The exception to curbside service will be euthanasia appointments (two family members maximum will be allowed inside). Please review our Curbside Protocol to ensure a successful visit. Please remember to wear a mask over your face and nose when dropping off and picking up your pet from our team members.

Clients Affected by COVID-19

We ask that you reschedule your pet’s appointment if you or a member of your household have tested positive or is suspected to have COVID-19 are displaying flu-like symptoms and/or have traveled to a high-risk area.
Hospital Cleaning

As a health care facility, we have always followed rigorous sanitation procedures. Due to the pandemic, we have increased the frequency and scope of our cleaning and sanitation efforts. Exam rooms are thoroughly disinfected between patients and high-touch areas are sanitized multiple times throughout the day.
